Q: I just placed my order! How long until it ships?

A: All orders take 2-5 business days in production. Once fulfilled, items are expected to ship out and arrive to you in about 2-6 weeks. Local carrier delays may apply due to outside circumstances - please check your shipment confirmation email for this information from your carrier.

Q: I made a mistake with my order. How long do I have to make changes to it?

A: All orders are sent to be fulfilled in less than 24 hours. Please email us right away if you've made a mistake on your order by contacting us and referencing your order number. We will do our absolute best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee that orders can be changed once placed.

Q: There is an issue with the item I received. How do I fix this?

A: Please reach out to our merchandise team here about any issues with products received. Since everything we offer is printed uniquely just for you, we do not issue refunds of any type. We do offer replacements of any products that are of equal value to your original order.

Q: The item I received is too small/big or I don't like the item. How do I return it?

A: If you are having an issue with a product or sizing, please reach out to our merchandise team here. We accept returns that are unworn and in the original plastic wrapped packaging. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO THE RETURN ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGE. We will send you a shipping label with the correct return address. Once your return is accepted, we will either (1) ship out a replacement item to you of a different size -OR- (2) Issue store credit to you.
